We are developing an Artificial Intelligence platform for the automatic analysis of medical images. Our first solution focuses on the early detection and management of lung nodules; a crucial aspect in the successful treatment of lung cancer

We are looking for a highly motivated Country Sales Manager to drive the exponential growth of our business in the Netherlands.


Core responsibilities

As a Country Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales of Aidence’s product portfolio in your country and contributing to a highly profitable and customer centric organisation. You will be executing the Aidence sales strategy in your country:

  • deliver on ambitious commercial targets and develop a successful sales funnel;

  • drive new business model acceptance among various stakeholders in the hospital;

  • build strong relationships with existing and future clients.

As a Country Sales Manager you will be leading commercial operations in your country:

  • understand the buyer journey and decision making units

  • work with the full commercial team to focus on priorities across sales cycles and channels;

  • Work closely together with Inside Sales to source an ambitious pipeline and qualify promising leads;

  • drive sales conversion from qualified leads to multi-year contracts;

  • manage sales cycle metrics to continuously improve funnel, timelines and forecast predictability;

  • ensure compliance with regulatory affairs, quality control and privacy systems.

As a Country Sales Manager you will be the customer’s voice within Aidence:

  • provide product feedback and market intelligence to our internal teams (management, marketing, product development);

  • work closely with all teams within Aidence (product, medical, service) to create an inclusive customer experience through the entire customer lifecycle.


Requirements

We value:

  • 5+ years sales experience in medical/healthcare industry — preferably software related;

  • a relevant network in hospitals across within your country / territory;

  • proven track record to close deals in the complex healthcare environment (used to long sales cycle and hospital budget mgt);

  • comfortable bridging the gap from early adopter to mainstream market sales;

  • ability to define, prioritize and execute across various customer profiles to maximize sales and revenue results;

  • familiar with sales cycle management, key metrics and improvement cycles;

  • availability for EU travel up to 30% of your time;

  • above all, fun and inspiring to work with;

  • fluency in Dutch and English required
