Role Summary

The Product Marketing Director at DeepHealth is a critical role tasked with developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization. This role is focused on product marketing, and the acceleration of brand development while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams for impactful market success. You will be part of the marketing team, working closely with the Content Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, and Marketing Director. The position reports to the Marketing Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, with a strong focus on product marketing, to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth;

  • Create and oversee the development of marketing plans, including product launches, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies;

  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to understand product features, benefits, and customer needs, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and product development;

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats related to the company's products and make data-driven recommendations;

  • Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market;

  • Create marketing collateral, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and sales tools, to support the sales team in effectively promoting our products;

  • Lead product-focused campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and events, to drive product adoption and sales;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to product marketing;

  • Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results;

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the product marketing space, applying best practices to enhance our product marketing efforts;

  • Manage external agencies and vendors as needed for product marketing projects;

  • Conduct market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and future products/services. Leverage both primary and secondary research methodologies to gain a deep understanding of the target markets, customer segments, and buyer personas;

  • Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing Communications teams to ensure that market insights and analysis inform product strategy, feature development, and market messaging;

  • Measure and analyze product performance in the market using KPIs, such as market share, sales volume, and growth rates. Evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement;

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all product marketing materials and campaigns.

Job requirements

Competencies

  • Completed university study in marketing, communications, or a related field;

  • Over eight years of experience in a marketing or communications role, some of which will have been delivered in a B2B environment;

  • 15+ years proven experience in Marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns;

  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Affinity with the healthcare industry;

  • Excellent written and oral English skills;

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;

  • A proactive, hands-on approach to marketing;

  • Great attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics;

  • Flexible and able to adapt to a changing and growing business environment;

  • Possessing a go-getter attitude, always up for new challenges and ways to tackle them in a timely manner;

  • You are flexible regarding working times;
