At Aidence we bring together the brightest Artificial Intelligence scientists, software developers, medical specialists and industry experts to shape tomorrow’s healthcare. Our ambition is to help medical specialists incorporate Artificial Intelligence into their clinical practice to deliver outstanding quality of care with increased value to patients. We are developing an Artificial Intelligence platform for the automatic analysis of medical images. Our first solution focuses on the early detection and management of lung nodules; a crucial aspect in the successful treatment of lung cancer.


Aidence is backed by a consortium of local and international top-tier VC’s.


We are looking for a highly motivated Vendor Sales Manager to build up solid partnership with vendors in the European Markets (and over time the US).


Core responsibilities

As Vendor Sales Manager you will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships that will form the basis of a variety of highly profitable sales channels:

  • evangelise and position Aidence as an innovative, reliable and customer focused AI vendor;

  • develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at new and existing partner organisations like PACS vendors, AI marketplaces and other potential sales channels;

  • deliver business models and marketing strategies with partner organisations;

  • collaborate with sales managers at partner organisations to define shared commercial targets;

  • coordinate internal teams to collaborate with partners to reach common goals.


As Vendor Sales Manager you are crucial in establishing Aidence as the go-to AI vendor for lung cancer screening in Europe:

  • develop thought leadership about AI-enabled screening programs and create awareness among KOL’s and key stakeholders;

  • develop and maintain partnerships to participate or tender in screening (trial) programs;

  • develop business models and operational protocols for cost-efficient AI-enabled screening programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in channel/partner management;

  • proven track record in a fast growing business;

  • understanding of the medical device/healthcare industry, preferably medical software;

  • networker, influencer and motivated by human interaction;

  • outstanding written and verbal communication with team playing skills;

  • a strong sense of urgency and high standard of accountability;

  • a track record as a strong individual contributor and exceptional work ethic;

  • availability for EU and US travel up to 30% of your time;

  • above all, fun and inspiring to work with;

  • fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
